Depression

What is Depression ?
We all go through periods of feeling down, but depression is a feeling of persistent sadness for weeks or months, rather than just a few days. Depression is much more than feeling unhappy. It is not a sign of weakness but is a real illness with real symptoms.

One in 7 fellow Australians will experience in their lifetime.
(Australian Bureau of Statistics, 2015).
