Bipolar disorder is a serious mental health condition that affects around 2 % of the population. It can happen to people from all ethnic backgrounds. Typically it starts first time in the teens or
twenties however can appear at any age. Bipolar used to be known as manic-depression in the past. It is characterised with experiences of extreme mood-both high and low. Dr Singh is trained and has special interest in mood disorders. |
